Introducing Gianluca Brugnoli
With over 25 years expertise in designing integrated UX / CX strategies for award winning digital products, services and applications, Gianluca is an Executive Creative in McKinsey Design’s Milan studio, where he advises top-tier companies on how to incorporate design thinking and user insights into business strategy and breakthrough product development.
Gianluca was previously Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director at Frog Design’s Milan office, where he led a wide range of international multifunctional creative teams, innovation and digital transformation programs across a number of sectors including financial services, e-commerce, consumer products, telecom, media, fashion, enterprise applications and more. Gianluca has an Architecture Degree and PhD in Industrial Design, and he is also a design teacher at the renowned Politecnico di Milano.
